ANKIT SHARMA

Being an artist I analysis the huge change in atmosphere and cultural aspect in many different part of India. The change in the colours of landscape adds new experience into my art practice. Gain of new experience and cultural knowledge helped me to develop work by mixing the traditional gurukul knowledge with contemporary art practice. One can trace the journey in my art practice through way of I present them or material I use. One of the most important thing is I try to express my feeling or thinking In an art practice through material. Due to this material play the vital role in all my work of art. While working on the particular work I don't only prepare the work not but I start research, analysis, study the history and aesthetic about the material too. The study helps me to choose the material of mine subject or the concept on which I'm working. I try to present the material way it is which help to connection between materials connecting inner with outer or it can be physical with spiritual. This whole process of questioning and analysis help me to select the material and prepare a strong concept for my work of art.
